A. In 15 minutes build to a heavy power clean from the floor

B. In 10 build to a heavy hang power clean, bar starting above the knee

In 20 min establish scores in follwoing excercises

C1. Weighted pull up 1RM or 2min AMRAP strict pull ups/ring rows
*if your doin ring rows use 30×1 tempo

C2. AMSAP sideplank hold right/left side

C3. Accumelate 3min in tall kneeling front rack hold w 2x KB, break as you need and take note how many sets you used.
