A. Work on the following complex for 12 min:
3 position hang squat clean (hi hang, above knee and below knee)

B. Within 8 min work up to a heavy dip for the day

C. EMOM for 18 min:
Min 1, 5 and so on: 3-5 elepahnt walks with 3-5 sec pause in bottom
Min 2, 6 and so on: 8-12 crossover walking lunges
Min 3, 7 and so on: 30-45 sec FLR in rings/floor or handstand against wall
Min 4, 8 and so on: 20-30 sec cobra

B-delen: Kan man ej göra detta så kan man antingen ackumulera 20-40 negativa pushups på @ 40X0 eller öva på dips
C-delen: Bara att mata på i lugnt tempo!
