B1. Lateral lunge with reach 6-8reps/leg 3set
B2. Powellraise @ 31×1 6-8reps /arm 3set

EMOM 15min
Min 1,4 and so on: 30-40sec OH walk with 2xKB or plate
Min 2, 5 and so on: 30-40 sec farmers walk
Min 3, 6 and so on: 30-40sec plankhold

B1. Lateral lunge with reach 7reps/leg 3set @ 9 kg DB
B2. Powellraise @ 31×1 6 reps /arm 3set @ 4 kg DB

Min 1,4 and so on: 30-40sec OH walk with 2xKB @ 16 kg
Min 2, 5 and so on: 30-40 sec farmers walk @ 2 x 28 kg KB
Min 3, 6 and so on: 30-40sec plank hold
