A2. Single arm benchpress with bridge @ 31X1 8-10 reps 3-4 set

B. EMOM for 15 min:
Min 1, 4…: 4-6 double kettlebell press
Min 2, 5…: 4-6 explosive russian kettlebell swings
Min 3, 6…: 4-6 ball slams AHAP

C. EMOM for 8 min:
Odd minute: The cobra for 20-30 sec
Even minute: 30-45 sec of front rack carry
