B. “300 STFU” in teams of 2-3 people:
Accumulate 300 cal on rower
Buy in each change/round: 6-8 burpees

C1. Suitcase carry, 20 meter foot over foot
C2. Sideplank with foot in rings 30-45 sek 2-3 set
