Almost no warmup, so I was a bit surprised. Maybe not perfect form on all the reps, but it was good enough for me. I´ll try to shoot past total 400 next time with more pullups (9×8) and squats (18×8).

All snatches unbroken but I had bad form on the L-pullups after the first round. L-pu 1st round: 7-7-7, 6-5-5-5, and then mostly 3s and 2s. Almost felt I should´ve subbed with strict pullups because I didn´t really got my heart rate going. My buddy Esset did a subbed version and he was pretty messed up with double vision and what not. I was like “naah, I also wanna feel like that”, I know, I´m probably going to regret that tomorrow.
