6×6 Weighted Chins 16kg

Abs/Back circuit:
5 rounds of 10 Guard Attacks (5R/5L) with 24kg KB, 20 swings with 24kg KB. Not for time.

Getting booooooooored with this. Need my high intensity fix. Hopefully I’ll at least gain some muscles or at least strength for my long term goals.
