Square 3 3 man makers
Sqaure 4: 4 Alt KB Clean and jerks ( 2+2)
Square 5: 5 Pushups
Square 6: 6 Plate thursters
Square 7: 7Burpees

*Each team memeber must go thru all squares before
next team member can start.

*Every third round the team performs 10 airsquats before continuing
