A1. “Draken” 4-6 reps/leg 2 set
A2. Dragon squat 6-8 reps/leg 2 set

B1. Front squat @ 20X0 2-3 reps 3-5 set
B2. Pron pullups 1.1.1.1.1 3-5 set

C. For time:
30 alternating kettlebell/dumbbell snatches
30 alternating kettlebell clean and jerks
30 alternating 1-arm swing
30 goblet squats

Every 30 seconds 3 burpees. Start with 3 burpees.
